Last week’s menu was delicious!  My favorite was the Asian Chicken Salad.  The Fragrant Fish Soup was a pleasant surprise.  Even my picky husband liked it- and I quote, “I was a little skeptical at first, but this is actually pretty good.”

What we’re eating this week…

Sunday- Breakfast for Dinner

Monday- Broiled Za’atar Chicken Thighs , Israeli Cous Cous & Cucumber Salad

Tuesday- Southern Pulled Pork Sandwiches , Fries & Carrot Sticks

Wednesday- leftover pulled pork

Thursday- Shrimp Scampi w/ Angel Hair & Salad

Friday- Mushroom Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes & Salad

Saturday- leftover salisbury steak

  • How is your venture to cook so Makua doesn’t break out? Harder? Or easier than you thought?

  • It’s hard, but there’s still a lot of stuff I can eat. I just have to make creative substitutions. I changed this menu up a bit…we had rice with the chicken instead of the cous cous. I didn’t eat the pulled pork on bread. I’ll have to make olive oil & garlic pasta w/ shrimp instead of making the scampi cause it has butter. I’m hoping he’s weaned in a month or less. I’m hungry a lot cause I can’t think of stuff to eat.
