What’s for Dinner? 6/8 – 6/14

I’m kind of late bloomer in manning the grill.  I’m embarrassed to say that I didn’t know how to work our little camp size grill until a couple weeks ago.  Now that I know how to use it though, I’ve become a grill fiend.  :)

Sunday- French Toast, Egg Scrambles & Fruit

Monday- Vietnamese Grilled Chicken, Rice & Edamame

Tuesday- leftover chicken

Wednesday- Mediterranean Tuna Panini & Salad

Thursday- Garlic Chicken w/ Orzo Noodles & Salad

Friday- leftover chicken orzo

Saturday- Grilled Salmon Soft Tacos & Cilantro Lime Rice
