What’s for Dinner? 7/13 – 7/19

Last week was a very good week. I didn’t have to cook much and everything I did make was dee-licious! 🙂 Unfortunately I didn’t get pics of the salmon, but the marinade was great! So much flavor for so little marinating time. This marinade would be a good one for any kind of meat I think- as long as you like ginger. The parm bundles were yummy, but I liked the filling better as pizza topping. Less of a hassle. And I would have to say that the Greek Grilled Chicken w/ the cous cous salad was my favorite meal of the week. A post on that meal soon to follow.

Here’s what’s up for this week:

Sunday– Blueberry Muffins & Spinach Cheese Scrambles

Monday– Garden Stuffed Baked Potatoes & Grilled Cheese

TuesdayTostadas Salsa Verde & Black Bean Salad

Wednesday– leftover tostadas

ThursdayPork & Seafood Fried Rice

Friday BBQ w/ friends

Saturday– leftover fried rice
